Many thanks for your reply. I have provided Yahoo support with the information that you mentioned, but they indicate an inability to access my account or help with a new password. I am frustrated that Yahoo support or I cannot review the situation with Yahoo Security except thru emails, which they haven't responded to. I asked them to call me to discuss, but there is nothing. Yahoo's approach to supporting this situation is most unacceptable. Thanks again.
